Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

A. Check-in is 2 p.m. and check out is 12 noon!

Q. What is the difference between a premium and a regular site?

A.  The only difference is that our premium sites are wider sites to accommodate larger groups, tents with campers, or just a little extra room to spread out. They offer the same hookups as the regular site.

Q. What is the difference between economy water and electric and a regular water and electric site?

A. They are both streamside sites, however the economy sites are located a little bit closer to the main road. They are still nice sites with lots of shade but they offer a less expensive alternative.

Q. How far away is your campground from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge?

A. We are approx. 15 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and 20 miles to Pigeon Forge.

Q. What is the best way to get to your campground?

A. We highly suggest taking exit 435 from I-40 and following the signs on Highway 321 South. You will pass a Super Wal-Mart on your right. We are 15 miles from that exit. From Gatlinburg, at stoplight # 3 head North on highway 321 towards Cosby. We are 15 miles from that stoplight on your right, directly after you pass a Dollar General.

Q. Do we have to pay for WIFI and do we get WIFI at our campsite?

A. We offer FREE WIFI that is accessible anywhere in the campground. However, because we are in a rural area, we have limited internet service providers and our band width is limited. It is good for basic internet searching but is not the best when it comes to downloading large items such as videos or movies.

A. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, our pool is open from 10 AM to 10 PM. All other months, the pool is closed due to weather. Yes, the pool is heated.

A. No, we only have nightly rates for camping.

Q. Can we make reservations online?

A. Unfortunately we cannot do online reservations. each site is different in our park because the majority of the sites are along two streams and are also nicely wooded. Therefore, please call to make your reservations. You will not be asked to select from a menu. One of our family members or helpful staff will be glad to take your reservation!

A. We allow tents alongside campers if you reserve one of our premium sites. Otherwise, only a 2-person tent is allowed with a camper, depending on the size of the site and the size of the camper.

Q. How many people are allowed per site?

A. We allow one family per site, or a max of 6 people per site. This means if you happen to have more than 4 children, all of that one family can stay on your site. ( The site rate only includes 4 people and rental rates include 5)

Q. Can we ride bikes in your campground?
